Where to find it

Author profile settings are available from the dashboard profile area. Public profiles are linked from published works and author pages.

Before you start

Add a display name and public information you are comfortable showing.
Upload avatar or cover images only if they match the tone you want.
Publish works before expecting the profile to look complete.

Important details

The profile is a public trust page for readers.
Published works, subscriptions, and author identity connect through it.
Keep contact expectations realistic; private messages may still depend on account settings.
Profile changes can affect how authors appear across the site.

Main actions

  1. Open your profile settings
  2. Add display information
  3. Publish works to show them publicly
  4. Use the public profile link

If something does not work

The profile looks empty.

Add public information and make sure at least one work is published.

Old avatar or cover remains visible.

Refresh the page and check whether upload completed successfully.

Author link does not open.

Check that the public slug/profile exists and the account is active.

Can I change my profile data?

Yes. Use the profile page in the author area.

Why is a work missing from the profile?

Only published or permitted works appear publicly.

Can readers subscribe?

Yes. Subscriptions help them follow new works and updates.
